This national Norwegian Online Learning Course will be translated into English to make it freely available internationally for practitioners with experience in infant neurology and development.

The Online Learning Course should provide knowledge of

• the structure, use, and practice of the HINE
• how to perform and score the items
• how to interpret the total HINE score in relation to published data

The course is developed by Henriette Paulsen and Ulf Wike Ljungblad, Vestfold Hospital Trust, in cooperation with Cathrine Utne Sandberg, Center for Education and Knowledge on Disability in the South-East of Norway at Oslo University Hospital, and Nina Kløve, Norwegian Quality and Surveillance Registry for Cerebral Palsy (NorCP), and with technical assistance from Ketil Jordan and Robert Lundell, Regional Center for Digital Learning and Competence Development (RegDig), and Akershus University Hospital.
